Production Designer
Job Summary
Designing and editing print and digital materials, the full-time remote Production Designer will create informational guides, worksheets, slide presentations, and web graphics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and edit extensively in Adobe InDesign, ensuring adherence to design best practices
- Create and update single and multi-page documents from templates and style guides
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to understand project goals and maintain schedules
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of print and web design best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.0, ADA Compliance) is a plus
