Production Designer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and production-focused, the part-time Production Designer will update digital, documentation, and print collateral to align with a major division's rebranding initiative while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Revise brand name, logo, typography, and visual assets across existing collateral for four business units
• Update technical documentation, quality documents, product spec sheets, and white papers
• Adapt marketing collateral and light digital assets to adhere to updated corporate branding guidelines

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional production design, graphic design, or prepress experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Exceptional attention to typography, formatting, layout consistency, and document structure
• Located in the US East Coast time zone or able to work standard EST business hours
• Ability to manage workload independently and communicate status updates proactively
