Production Designer, Retail Packaging

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically skilled, the full-time remote Production Designer, Retail Packaging will manage the production of print-ready files, adapt retail concepts across various formats, and build a production system to ensure accuracy and speed in delivering retail assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical production for retail and packaging, including dielines and vendor specifications
• Adapt approved retail designs for different formats and catch layout issues before printing
• Build and maintain a production system to streamline asset management and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a production artist in packaging, print, or retail
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience managing high-volume production across multiple SKUs and formats
• Exceptional proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and color management techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with designers, vendors, and internal teams
