Production Ecosystem Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production & Tech Ops Ecosystem Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Technical Operations
• Oversee the installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operation System across sites
• Support value delivery and monitor accountability within the ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years of experience; a master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with certifications preferred
• Experience in operational or functional leadership roles, including Value Stream Lead or Deployment Lead
• Background in implementing Lean production systems and aligning global processes across multiple sites
• Experience in coaching senior leaders and deploying high-level goals
