Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Escalations Specialist to support customer-facing teams in resolving escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secondary support to customer-facing teams in escalation and bug resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to document and analyze escalations
  • Maintain accurate support tickets and perform tests on production applications to troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
  • Some college and 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of EDI transaction types preferred (X12 837D, 270/271, 835; XML; etc.)
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications and use of the internet
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions
