Production Executive

Job Summary

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, the full-time salaried Production Executive will monitor production performance, manage KPIs, and support employee training in the Sapanca facility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production lines' performance and manage KPIs to ensure progress against planned targets
• Identify and address process nonconformities while participating in corrective and preventive action decisions
• Oversee material usage and ensure adherence to production prescriptions while maintaining a safe working environment

Required qualifications

• Graduated from engineering faculties
• Maximum 3 years of experience in production and maintenance, with at least 2 years in the FMCG sector
• Proficient in MS Office Programs, SAP, and PowerBI
• Strong command of the English language
• Knowledge of OPEX and CAPEX budget tracking is an asset
