Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts for each project
• Own the accounts payable process, tracking vendor invoices and payments
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliverables and managed payments

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a line producer, production manager, or project operations role
• Deep understanding of production timelines, vendor management, and budget tracking
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets
• Meticulous organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
