Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Lead to drive the roadmap and execution of mobile game titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the production of top-tier card games and manage the full product lifecycle
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Define and track KPIs, anticipate production risks, and provide actionable feedback on game builds

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mobile game production, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful mobile games, especially in casual or card genres
• Strong understanding of mobile free-to-play game design and monetization strategies
• Hands-on experience managing art, game design, and development pipelines in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and production tracking tools
