Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Manager to oversee direct mail projects in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of print production direct mail jobs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and oversee their performance, including quality control measures
• Partner with finance and internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in print production, direct mail production, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing, VDP, finishing, and USPS requirements
• Experience in lettershop operations, data processing, and prepress management
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to travel for press checks and vendor visits as needed
