Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Manager to oversee pipeline management and support branch team members in loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor estimated closing dates and manage pipeline effectively
• Collaborate with branch processors to ensure timely completion of loan files and compliance with regulations
• Provide training and support to branch employees and assist in workflow prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of loan processing experience
• Prior management or project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines required
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred
