Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Production Manager for the Midwest Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor estimated closing dates and manage pipeline accordingly
• Facilitate pipeline management calls and support branch team members
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and assist in employee development

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of loan processing experience required
• Prior management or project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Encompass loan origination software preferred
• Understanding of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines required
• Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs
