Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Manager to oversee the production of paperback conversions for children's books.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of print production, including composition, prepress, printing, binding, and final delivery
• Manage title budgets, cost estimates, purchase orders, and track production schedules
• Source and manage relationships with domestic and overseas printers and suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Familiarity with Biblio and RSuite or experience with Digital Workflow Systems
• Knowledge of the Google platform
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
