Job Summary

Overseeing the successful delivery of agency projects, the full-time remote Manager, Production will manage large-scale project elements from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes while fostering collaboration with account teams and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage various elements of large-scale projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and budget
• Develop and reconcile project budgets exceeding $250k and create production schedules to meet deliverable dates
• Build and maintain effective client and vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in the experiential, sports, or entertainment fields
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented mentality
• Agency experience is preferred
