Production Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Production Manager will support the development and production of clothing collections by coordinating garment creation from concept to final delivery while collaborating closely with the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of garments from initial concepts through final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with patternmakers, sample rooms, and fabric suppliers to manage the production process and resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate production documents and track samples, revisions, and approvals to ensure a smooth workflow

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apparel production, garment manufacturing, or fashion operations
• Working knowledge of the clothing production process, including sampling, fittings, and patternmaking
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to read and work with tech packs and garment specifications
• Experience communicating with factories, suppliers, and production vendors
