Production Manager - Digital Learning

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day production schedule for the Jumpstart program, the full-time remote Production Manager - Digital Learning will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interactive learning and digital course development projects while leading workflows and collaborating with instructional design and media studio teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the production workflows for large-scale instructional development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the instructional design and media studio teams to develop Interactive Learning Objects (ILOs) and Interactive Learning Experiences (ILEs)
• Provide direct supervision to interactive developers and visual design team members, managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project lead capacity within a Higher Education environment
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and online learning best practices
• Experience with tools such as Articulate 360, H5P, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG - POUR Framework) and experience developing online learning content within a LMS environment
