Production Manager, Nevada Licensed

Job Summary

Leading the programming and operations of streaming lounges in high-limit gaming areas, the full-time Production Manager, Nevada Licensed, will manage content calendars, oversee live production, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance digital engagement and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the programming roadmap and weekly schedule for streamers and events
• Run daily operations of the lounge, collaborating with Production Tech and Casino Operations
• Track performance against KPIs and refine content formats and distribution strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, TV/Film, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in content programming, digital media, or live production
• Hands-on familiarity with live streaming and studio production
• Experience in regulated environments such as casino/gaming or live entertainment
• Demonstrated experience in streaming channel management is preferred
