Production Operations Lead

Job Summary

Coordinating day-to-day production operations, the full-time remote Production Operations Lead will manage operational support for production API gateway environments, ensuring incident response, monitoring, and service continuity while collaborating with various technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational support for production API gateway environments, including monitoring and incident response
• Ensure incidents and service requests are logged and tracked in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
• Maintain operational runbooks, incident playbooks, and monthly operational reporting inputs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of IT operations or production support experience
• 4+ years supporting production systems with formal incident and change management processes
• Experience with 24x7 mission-critical production environments and defined SLAs
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools
• Familiarity with API gateways, middleware, or application-layer platform support
