Production Operations Lead

Job Summary

Guiding a team of Production Operations Analysts, the full-time hybrid Production Operations Lead will manage day-to-day operational leadership, incident response coordination, and problem management in support of production system stability and reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as Incident Manager for P0/P1/P2 production incidents, coordinating technical responders and stakeholder notifications
• Guide and mentor Production Operations Analysts, ensuring effective triage, documentation, and communication during incidents
• Facilitate Problem Review Board meetings and coordinate After Action Reviews to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or production support environments
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity within an operations team
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch
