Production Operations Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Operations System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for production and membership-related systems, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes
• Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting, workflows, and operational processes
• Maintain and optimize internally developed tools, including Excel/VBA applications and web-based systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered
• 2-5 years of experience in systems support, data operations, or application support roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write intermediate-level queries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
