Production Operations Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the stability and continuous improvement of operational tools, the full-time salaried Production Operations Systems Analyst will provide Tier 2 support for production and membership-related systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to automation initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 support for production and membership-related systems, troubleshooting escalated issues and identifying root causes
• Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting, workflows, and operational processes, including developing Excel-based tools and optimizing SQL queries
• Maintain and support internally developed tools, performing routine system checks and updates to ensure stability and usability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in systems support, data operations, or application support roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write intermediate-level queries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
