Production Planner

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Production Planner for a contract position in Livermore, CA, where the candidate will establish production schedules, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor inventory while working onsite three days a week and remotely two days.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage production schedules, labor loading, capacity requirements, and work orders to ensure on-time product delivery
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering to allocate constrained materials and mitigate shortages
• Monitor inventory levels and control variances to maintain seamless manufacturing operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of production control experience
• Proficiency in SAP software
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
