Key Responsibilities

• Manage production calendars and resource allocation to ensure effective staffing and scheduling
• Design and implement production workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional production efforts and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Asana, and familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, and Airtable
• 2+ years of exposure to film/content production or related fields
• Foundational understanding of production workflows and logistics
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
