Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production QC Associate to monitor and ensure the quality of messaging systems in a part-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily throughput testing to verify SMS deliverability across major carriers
• Review testing reports and document results accurately in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
• Identify delivery issues and escalate findings to Production leadership or the appropriate internal team

Required Qualifications

• Reliable internet and adequate cell reception across major carriers for live message testing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing steps consistently
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Analytical thinking with comfort spotting patterns or inconsistencies in test results
