Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Scheduler to coordinate and optimize shop loading for 3rd party repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Repair Facilities and 3rd party Customer Service Representatives to maximize facility utilization
  • Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for 3rd Party Scheduling processes
  • Develop and maintain shop loading dashboards to track enroute status and shipping timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in production scheduling or related field
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development
  • Understanding of shop capacities and workflow optimization
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
