Production Scheduler

Job Summary

To support daily production operations, the part-time hourly Production Scheduler will manage material procurement, inventory monitoring, and SAP transactions while ensuring compliance with safety and documentation standards in Ottumwa, IA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials and services from external suppliers and intercompany sources
• Maintain optimal stock levels through inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes
• Execute and troubleshoot SAP transactions related to material movements, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with the General Ledger

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with automated warehouse management systems; SAP experience highly preferred
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in planning or scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
