Production Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Services Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 Data Center Operational support and participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Coordinate application code migrations and document job scheduling for Windows and Unix platforms
• Support operational activities for applications and manage domain registrations, DNS changes, and certificate management

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a MS Windows and Linux environment
• Background in application development and data center operations
• Proficient with operational scheduling packages and network monitoring tools
• Experience in developing and maintaining Windows batch and PowerShell scripts
