Production Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Specialist to join their team on a project basis to help create educational materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed schedules for deliverables within the product lifecycle process
• Collaborate with vendors and project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and communication
• Manage risks and issues, document action items, and monitor performance against plan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years of experience coordinating or managing deadline-driven projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and project management tools
• Familiarity with project management frameworks or methodologies
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
