Key Responsibilities

Review, prepare, and process physical and electronic records for civil litigation
Extract, archive, and deliver records to clients using various media and methods
Maintain internal databases and ensure files meet quality control standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
General understanding of medical or legal records preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Familiarity with written depositions and the deposition process is a plus
