Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of deliverables from concept to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Manage project workflows and tasks using project management software
• Coordinate with external vendors and maintain administrative records under leadership oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field and a minimum of 3 years' related experience
• Experience in project and production management within nonprofit marketing or communications
• Proficiency in project management tools and digital asset management systems
• Understanding of print and digital media production lifecycles
• Authorized to work in the US or Permanent Resident
