Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Specialist who will support deposition production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor deposition progress from assignment through delivery and identify potential delays early
• Coordinate job assignments across digital reporting and transcription teams while balancing workload
• Proof completed transcripts for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in court reporting, legal transcription, deposition services, or related production support
• Working knowledge of deposition workflows, transcript standards, and court reporting practices
• Experience proofing legal transcripts for accuracy and formatting
• Experience managing job assignments and communication across distributed or remote teams
• Comfort using collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
