Production Specialist

Job Summary

Production Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for preparing auction listings, coordinating with sellers and internal teams, and providing customer support throughout the auction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture
• Adaptable and proactive in supporting team and business needs
