Production Specialist

Job Summary

Production Specialist, this is a full-time remote position responsible for preparing auction listings, coordinating with sellers and internal teams, and providing customer support throughout the auction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture
