Job Summary

To support a growing platform, the full-time Production Specialist will manage auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos, coordinate with sellers and internal teams for updates, and serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-auction phase, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos in accordance with standards
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure listing accuracy and completeness
• Provide high-quality customer support by addressing seller inquiries and concerns professionally

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture
