Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for sellers, the full-time Production Specialist will manage auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos, ensuring listing accuracy, and providing high-quality customer support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos according to standards
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure listing accuracy and completeness
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings while delivering timely and professional communication

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present information clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture
