Production Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the auction process, the full-time Production Specialist will prepare listings, coordinate with sellers, and provide customer support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos according to standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, ensuring timely communication
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings to meet daily production goals while collaborating cross-functionally

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, or automotive services
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture
