Production Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Production Specialist, the candidate will manage auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos, coordinate with sellers and internal teams for updates, and serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-auction phase to ensure a successful auction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos according to company standards
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure listing accuracy and completeness
• Provide high-quality customer support by addressing seller inquiries and concerns with professionalism

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
