Production Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting production workflows remotely, the part-time Production Specialist will assist with project record management, update project statuses, and facilitate project movement through workflow stages in a temporary contract role lasting 5 to 9 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and maintaining project records within internal tracking systems
• Update project statuses to reflect current progress accurately across platforms
• Organize and manage project files, documentation, and assets to ensure completeness and consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Background in project coordination, operations, or support roles
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and file management practices
