Production Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding sellers from submission to a successful auction experience, the full-time remote Production Specialist will prepare auction listings, coordinate with sellers and internal teams, and provide high-quality customer support while managing a high-volume pipeline of listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos in accordance with company standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly and accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
