Production Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Production Specialist will coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag for global clients, ensuring that products meet client expectations and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing swag, from product generation to delivery
- Support the Project Lead in building and presenting client proposals and providing regular updates on order processes
- Coordinate orders with multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipping, and decoration details
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the branded merchandise industry
- Proficiency in promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, or MPower Promo
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar vector artwork software
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other sales CRM platforms
- Background in creating personalized or printed hard goods and apparel
