Production Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Production Specialist will coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag for global clients, ensuring that products meet client expectations and arrive on time.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Lead on the end-to-end sourcing process for swag, from product generation to delivery
- Provide regular updates to clients on order status to build trust and encourage repeat business
- Manage orders across multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipping, and decoration details
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in the branded merchandise industry
- Experience with promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, or MPower Promo
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar vector artwork software
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other sales CRM platforms
- Background in creating personalized or printed hard goods and apparel
