Production Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the Production Specialist will coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag for global clients, ensuring that products meet client expectations and arrive on time.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Lead on the end-to-end sourcing process, from product generation to delivery
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding order status to foster trust and encourage repeat business
- Manage orders across multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipping, and decoration details
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the branded merchandise industry
- Proficiency in promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, or MPower Promo
- Experience with design software like Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Background in creating personalized or printed hard goods and apparel
