Production Specialist

Job Summary

To support client projects from concept to delivery, the full-time remote Production Specialist will manage the production process, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for vendor and supplier communications, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Maintain project tracking through clear communication and documentation, keeping all stakeholders informed of status updates
• Collaborate with design and client success teams to route art proofs, gather feedback, and implement revisions until final approval

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management or production coordination, preferably in creative agencies or corporate gifting
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike or Asana and ticketing systems like ZenDesk or Intercom
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while meeting customer expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Technical proficiency with software applications and a quick learning ability for new systems
