Production Specialist

Job Summary

Processing electronic evidence for production, the full-time Production Specialist will utilize industry-specific applications to convert native files and ensure quality deliverables for clients, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and prepare records for production using advanced queries
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client-specific technical specifications
• Perform quality checks on processed data and manage production timelines effectively

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an Electronic Discovery environment
• Familiarity with litigation support applications such as Relativity and iPro eCapture
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
