Production Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Production Specialist will coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag for global clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery through collaboration with suppliers and the Project Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end process of sourcing and delivering swag, including generating proposals and providing customer updates
• Collaborate with suppliers to create proofs and obtain client approvals while managing order details and billing throughout production
• Liaise with couriers for timely delivery and ensure accurate tracking and communication with clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the branded merchandise industry
• Proficiency in promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, or MPower Promo
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar vector artwork software
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other sales CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of design principles and experience in creating personalized or printed hard goods and apparel
