Production Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage team schedules and oversee production quality in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and staff schedules
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members while overseeing task delegation
• Monitor department goals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of client materials

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred; or 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience in legal support services strongly desired
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials regularly
• Comfortable working in a remote office environment with standard equipment
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and participate in on-call rotations
