Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the full-time Production Supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement while overseeing a workforce of over 20 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production execution to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective output while monitoring key performance indicators
• Supervise and develop a high-performance team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from hiring to training and performance management
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and promote a zero-incident culture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations
• Proven leadership in high-volume environments with experience in production scheduling and capacity planning
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and managing disciplinary processes
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
