Production Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst to manage production support escalations and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication and updates for stakeholders throughout the ticket's lifecycle
• Troubleshoot incoming requests and handle production support escalations promptly
• Review and craft detailed requirements for tickets and maintain accurate logs of updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Insurance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, particularly Personal Insurance
• Significant experience with Personal Lines Forms, Rates, and Underwriting Rules
• Familiarity with insurance policy administration and sales/service systems
• Experience with tools such as SmartSheet, Confluence, and Jira is highly preferred
