Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Production Support Analyst to provide customer and Salesforce support in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve 1st and 2nd tier support queries
Maintain Salesforce Service Tickets and provide follow-up on customer requests
Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions while escalating as necessary

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
2+ years of escrow-related work experience
2+ years of customer service-related work experience
Comprehensive knowledge of sales transactions and client operating systems
Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office products
