Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Production Support Analyst to provide customer and Salesforce support in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve 1st and 2nd tier support queries
  • Maintain Salesforce Service Tickets and provide follow-up on customer requests
  • Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions while escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
  • 2+ years of escrow-related work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service-related work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales transactions and client operating systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office products
