Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support production systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime
Triage and resolve user-reported issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in production support or technical support roles
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes
Experience with Python scripting language
Foundational knowledge of healthcare data or analytics is preferred
