Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst - CRM & Workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for CRM and Workflow applications, troubleshooting issues related to data integrity and system performance
- Ensure operational readiness by partnering with teams for new capabilities and participating in release validation and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate impacts, support business readiness activities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably CRM and workflow automation platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe)
- Knowledge of workflow routing, case management processes, and integrations
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or workflow tools is preferred
